Healthy hair isn't bought in twelve bottles — it's kept with four habits. As a treatment specialist, this is the routine I prescribe more than any product.
Wash less, wash well
Most hair thrives on two to three washes a week with a sulfate-free shampoo, focused on the scalp, with conditioner through the mids and ends. Over-washing strips the oils your lengths need; under-cleansing suffocates the scalp. Find your middle.
Protect from heat, always
Every hot tool, every time: a heat protectant is non-negotiable. Keep dryers moving, irons at the lowest effective temperature, and give hair one heat-free day a week when you can.
Trim on time, treat seasonally
Split ends travel upward — timely trims save length in the long run. And a professional mask or scalp ritual each season resets what home care can't: buildup, dullness, and early breakage.
Do these four consistently and your stylist will notice the difference before you say a word. We always do.
