Booking with Ivory Fern Salon means we hold time, talent, and a chair just for you. These terms keep that promise fair on both sides.
Bookings & quotes
Online requests are confirmed personally within business hours. Prices on this site are starting points; your stylist confirms an exact quote before work begins, and that figure is final.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. Later changes may incur a 50% fee. No-shows may be asked to prepay future bookings.
Satisfaction
If anything isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a complimentary adjustment. Color corrections from other salons are quoted separately after consultation.
Salon conduct
We keep a calm, welcoming space for everyone. Abusive behavior toward staff or guests will end an appointment without refund. Children are welcome with supervision.
